Registration - UT 2025

Registration must be completed via the UT 2025 Registration Portal.
Registration is finalized only after payment is received.
A Registration Confirmation Email with a receipt will be sent to attendees upon the completion of online registration.

For Early-bird Registration, please complete your payment by the deadline. If payment is not received by then, the registration fee will automatically adjust to the standard or on-site rate, depending on the payment date.
Fees will be charged via credit card or wire transfer in NTD.

** Please note that all bank charges, including those related to inbound and outbound fees as well as currency exchange difference, will be the responsibility of the remitter.
** If you choose to make the payment via wire transfer, please send your “Proof of Payment” to reg@ut2025.org.
The currency rate is NTD 31.25 to USD 1 (as of Sep 2024). The actual exchange rate is subject to change due to currency fluctuations.

Cancellation Cut-off date	Refund Policy
Cancellation before Feb. 13, 2025 (GMT+8)	50% of the payment made
Cancellation on or after Feb. 14, 2025 (GMT+8)	No refund

Cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at reg@ut2025.org by February 13, 2025 (GMT+8).
Refunds will be processed after the symposium concludes.
The bank handling charges will not be refunded; participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
