Call for Abstracts

Submissions should be made online through the UT2025 Abstract Submission Portal. Abstracts may be submitted in one of two categories:

  1. Regular Technical Program
Technical papers form the backbone of the program. Authors are invited to submit abstracts. If selected, they must then write and submit a full technical paper according to the provided guidelines for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Authors are expected to present their papers in person at the conference as part of the technical sessions. Each accepted technical paper requires at least one full registration paid by the author. Authors with a full registration may submit up to two technical papers.
  2. Student Poster Competition
Full-time students from accredited programs are encouraged to submit abstracts for the Student Poster Competition. Selected students must submit a full paper and a poster to be showcased in the student poster section at the conference. The student’s paper will be published in IEEE Xplore post-conference. The lead author must be the student. Selected student authors will have their registration and hotel expenses covered. Abstracts not chosen for the competition may still be considered for inclusion in the regular technical program. In such cases, students will be invited to present their papers in one of the technical tracks at the conference.

Abstract and full paper must fall under one of the topics:
