  • For Early-bird Registration, please complete your payment by the deadline. If payment is not received by then, the registration fee will automatically adjust to the standard or on-site rate, depending on the payment date.
  • Fees will be charged in NTD via credit card only.

  • The currency rate is approximately NTD 32 to USD 1. The actual exchange rate is subject to change due to currency fluctuations.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at reg@ut2025.org by February 13, 2025 (GMT+8).
  • Refunds will be processed after the symposium concludes.
  • The bank handling charges will not be refunded; participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
